Best Treatment Available in Long Beach with Health Net Insurance

Best Treatment in Long Beach for Health Net Insurance

Finding the right treatment center in Long Beach when you are dealing with mental health or addiction can be difficult. Finding one that takes Health Net insurance is a whole other challenge.

Studies show that one in five Americans are suffering from a diagnosable mental illness such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder or ADHD. Another one in five Americans struggle with addiction and yet, roughly 10% of people are getting the help they need. Long Beach is no exception to these statistics. Many residents of Long Beach find themselves dealing with these issues, but are overwhelmed by the process of finding a place that meets their needs or just don’t know where to start.

Luckily, Roots Through Recovery in Long Beach has a team of compassionate, highly trained and experienced professionals to help you with your mental health or addiction issues. And since Roots Through Recovery is contracted with Health Net, your health insurance may cover most or all of your treatment costs.

What does it mean to be in-network?

Roots Through Recovery is in the Health Net preferred network of providers. This means that if you have Health Net health insurance, whether it is a PPO or HMO, we can accept it. If you have an HMO, you can only go to a contracted facility like Roots Through Recovery. PPO plans allow you to access services outside of your network, but Health Net wants you to stay within their network, so deductibles and co-insurance are lower if you go to a contracted facility like Roots Through Recovery.

What programs can I access with my Health Net insurance?

Our outpatient center in Long Beach treats mental health, addiction and co-occurring disorders. We offer day treatment, our most supportive program which takes place Monday through Friday from 10am to 5:30pm, and intensive outpatient (IOP) which is three hours per day and is offered in the morning or afternoon Monday through Friday.

Both of these programs include group and individual therapy, as well as case management and family therapy. Telehealth is also available for people who cannot attend treatment on-site due to health issues, disabilities, transportation or scheduling issues.

How do I get started?

“I am so grateful to be an alumni of Roots. Roots took me from my darkest of places, to the brightest and most beautiful part of life I've ever lived. They genuinely care about their clients. You will not be a number or a paycheck here. After discharging in February, I still receive help and words of wisdom whenever needed. Roots helped me battle things I'd been struggling with for over 14 years and finally put them behind me. I love roots with all my heart, and always will.”
