Our Field-Based Services
Trauma-Informed Individual, Group & Family Therapy
Co-occurring SUD and mental health treatment using evidence-based, trauma-focused modalities tailored to each individual's needs — including group and family sessions.
Comprehensive Assessments & Intakes
Thorough clinical evaluations to identify each person's unique needs, including substance use history, mental health status, trauma exposure, and social determinants of health.
Health & Physicals / Primary Care Coordination
On-site health screenings and physicals with coordinated referrals to primary care providers, ensuring holistic health needs are met alongside behavioral health services.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
FDA-approved medications combined with counseling and behavioral therapies, providing a whole-patient approach to the treatment of substance use disorders.
Psychiatric Evaluation & Medication Management
Licensed psychiatric providers conduct evaluations and manage ongoing medication needs, ensuring safe and effective pharmacological support for mental health conditions.
Psychological Testing
Comprehensive psychological assessments to diagnose learning disabilities, cognitive functioning, personality disorders, and other conditions that inform individualized treatment planning.
Case Management
Dedicated case managers connect individuals with community resources, coordinate care between providers, and help navigate systems to support lasting recovery and stability.
