Roots CPR‘s Functional Restoration Director, Dr. Michael Zabala Aquino, PT, DPT, also the founder of Deconstruct Health, sat down with Kerin “KB” Berger, medical professional and educator for LGBTQI + nonbinary. Dr. Aquino discusses his mission to alleviate the barriers that exist for the queer community, particularly queer people of color and transgender/gender nonconforming individuals, through the use of physical therapy and whole body wellness.
