Brock is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and trained EMDR therapist. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Argosy University in 2010. He then attended University of the West in Rosemead, CA, earning his MA in Multicultural Counseling Psychology in 2015. He also did additional coursework in religious studies, and chaplaincy, completing a concentration in Buddhist Psychology. Brock received formal training and is experienced in administration of third wave cognitive therapies, including Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression (MBCT/SR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment theory based couple therapy. After his internship at Clearview Treatment Program’s Dual-Diagnosis Residential Treatment Center in Venice, CA, Brock worked as a psychiatric case manager for Life Adjustment Team for four years. While working at Life Adjustment Team, he provided services in homes and the community to adults from ages 18 to 65, who experienced a wide range of psychiatric difficulties. A proponent of recovery-oriented practice, Brock is passionate about taking a mindfulness and acceptance approach to mental health symptoms, while supporting clients in taking values-based action toward a fulfilling balanced life, and psychological flexibility.

I am open to serve those experiencing PTSD and other trauma-related suffering, psychotic disorders, depression, anxiety, substance and process addiction, chronic pain, and spiritual confusion. I am also available for those who are interested in improving personal performance, and deepening connection to meaningful values-based living. I provide an even, nonjudgmental space for individuals to discover and explore the most enlivening and fulfilling elements of living by their own definition. I want to help you awaken the most authentic and free version of yourself as I intend to present the same to you.”
